NEW CONDITIONS FOR REFUND
Effective March 2010 .

1. There is never any  restocking fees for any single
order returned under $100.00.
(See below for information on returns over $100
or for multiple order returns placed on the same day)

2. All exchanges are shipped free.  Limit to two exchanges per invoice.  Exchanges must adhere to the same refund time policy listed below.

3. REFUNDS:   IN ORDER TO RECEIVE YOUR REFUND YOU MUST CONTACT US FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS OF THE RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER.   Your returns must be mailed out within 4 days of requesting a return authorization.

4.  REQUEST FOR RETURNS or EXCHANGES MADE  AFTER 7 DAYS WILL NOT BE HONORED AND YOUR RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.  Returns that are shipped out more than  4 days after a Return Authorization is granted,  may not be accepted.

5. All items must be received in the same condition as when they were shipped. Jewelry that has been obviously worn or damaged by the customer will not be accepted for return or  exchnage,  and will be returned to the customer at their own expense.

6. If you receive an item that is damaged - please contact us immediately for return and refund instructions.  All claims for damaged merchandise must be recieved by us within 48  hours of delivery.  We will replace the item or provide a full refund, at our discretion.

7.RETURN POLICY SALE MERCHANDISE:
Unless otherwise noted on a product page, all sale merchandise carries our full "I'm In Love" Guarantee !

8. IMPORTANT:  FREE SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY: 

All orders totaling more than $65.00  ship free Priority Mail.

However, if you return an item , causing your orignal order total to drop below $65, then a $5.50 shipping charge will be deducted from the credit on your return. 

FREE SHIPPING IS ONLY FOR ORDERS where at least  $65.00 of the merchandise purchased is not returned.

IMPORTANT: Refunds are made on the price of the merchandise only.  Original shipping charges are not refundable unless you received the wrong merchandise.


9. RETURNS OVER $100.00 - All single orders  with a merchandise return  total of $100 or more, will be subject to  a 15% re-stocking fee, to be deducted from the  return; if the merchandise that is kept falls below $65.00,   the cost of the original shipping fees will also be deducted from your returned mechandise.  There is no restocking fee on returns under $100.00.   For the purposes of calculating restocking fees please note that all multiple orders placed within a 24 hour period by the same person  and shipped to the same address  shall be considered a single order regardless of transaction or invoice numbers.  Returns over $100 from these mutliple orders are subject to the same  15% restocking fee as if the items appeared on a single invoice.  ( See further explanation here). 

10. BRIDESMAID JEWELRY: If  you are ordering bridesmaid jewelry we recommend purchasing just one pair for approval. If you decide to order in quantity for  your wedding party,   the  original  shipping charges from your first order will be credited towards your new order,  plus your new order will also ship free.
